What do I do if I get a padlock on my reserved readings?

Please check the following:
- Are you using the latest version of Chrome and is it up-to-date?
- Are your third party cookies enabled?
- Clear your cache and cookies for "all time" and restart your browser. You may also need to restart your computer.
- Are you using a work computer? Most employers have rigorous internet security restrictions which can block database access. Contact your workplace IT department for assistance.

- Check the library home page for any alerts about database outages.
