What do I do if I get a username and password error?

For username and password errors:

  • Open a new tab and go to the MyACE Self-Service Portal
  • As you log in, pay close attention to the exact spellings you use for your username and password there
  • If you are able to log into the MyACE Portal successfully, then you will use the exact same username and password to log into the library
  • If you have saved your password using Google Passwords, Last Pass, or another web-based vault, double check the saved password to make sure you are using the exact same one
  • If you have forgotten your password, you will update it in the MyACE Portal. Please give it 15-20 minutes before attempting to log into the library again
