How do I get help with my QSEN account?

If you are unable to sign in to QSEN:
- Check to make sure your browser is up to date.
- Check to make sure you have third party cookies enabled.
- Clear your cache and cookies for "all time" and then restart your browser.
If you are using a work computer, your employer may have blocked the access to the site.
If you are unable to print your certificate:
Students who cannot print their certificate, please contact Sean Holloway at sholloway@aacnnursing.org and cc: your faculty member once you have completed the specific module to obtain the certificate. Please include the name of the module completed and whether you are a graduate or undergraduate.
