How do I get help with my QSEN account?

If you are unable to sign in to QSEN:
- Check to make sure your browser is up to date.
- Check to make sure you have third-party cookies enabled.
- Clear your cache and cookies for "all time" and restart your browser.
If you are using a work computer, your employer may have blocked access to the site.
Library staff are unable to help you with QSEN issues. If you continue to have technical issues, please email the AACN staff member mentioned below and CC your instructor.
If you are unable to print your certificate:
Students who cannot print their certificate, please contact Cynthia Leaver (cleaver@aacnnursing.org), and cc: your faculty member once you have completed the specific module to obtain the certificate. Please include the name of the module completed and whether you are a graduate or an undergraduate student.
