When I try to get to my required readings, why do I see a big black circle on the screen?

Please follow these steps:
- Check to make sure your browser is up to date.
- Check to make sure you have third party cookies enabled.
- Clear your cache and cookies for "all time" and then restart your browser.
If the black circle still appears on your screen and you are on a work computer, please contact your school/institution/district IT staff to unblock the site.
If you are using a personal laptop, check your firewall or internet security software settings to make them less restrictive. You may have to contact your laptop/software support team for assistance.
