Why can't I log into Academic Writer?

After you have logged in the first time and created a personal account, you will still have to log into Academic Writer twice every time you use it. First, you will log into the institution.
That may require you to enter your ACE library credentials which are the exact same username and password you use to get into the MyACE Self-Service Portal. Once you are in Academic Writer, you will go up to the top right to log into your personal account so that you can access your papers and references.
