To find peer-reviewed articles, it's best to start by using the databases provided by the ACE Library. We recommend starting a search in ACE OneSearch on the library home page, and then you can start using individual databases as you get more comfortable with searching academic databases.
There are tools that combine an AI language model specifically with databases of scholarly articles. Elicit, LitMaps, and Undermind are just a few of the options available. You can read more about AI tools that are available on our AI Resources Subject Guide.

With these AI tools, you may find results that you didn't find with the library databases. That's because some incorporate semantic searching instead of keyword searching. In other words, they can find articles discussing similar concepts even if the same keywords aren't used. If you find an article that you're interested in, and it isn't available in full text online or in the ACE library, you can fill out an interlibrary loan request and we will try to borrow it for you from a partner library.
Please remember that the ACE library databases index tens of thousands of journals, so make sure you are searching using multiple tools for the most comprehensive search.
